Are Auto Insurance Rates Increasing in Arizona? Arizona Car Accident Attorney

As a car accident attorney in Arizona, I deal with insurance companies every day.  Car insurance rates may be increasing for Arizona.  There is legislation out there that would make it illegal to drive your car without at least $25,000 in insurance for any individual injured.  The current rate is $15,000.

The minimum coverage of $15,000 hasn’t been changed in 42 years.  With the increasing cost of medical expenses, I definitely think that this is something that should be looked into.
